The Challenge
IDA's development team needed a deeper understanding of digital accessibility, both to improve their existing systems and to comply with accessibility legislation. The team lacked practical insight into how their digital solutions are experienced by users with disabilities.
Our Solution
BUSY coordinated a specialized "eye-opener" session with Lars Holm Sørensen from Diversa, who is blind himself. The session included both theoretical knowledge about accessibility standards and practical demonstrations of how a blind person navigates websites using a screen reader, including a review of IDA's own digital platforms.
